PVT system

Our PVT (Physical Vapor Transport) system is based on extensive research togheter with several of the biggest crystal growth players globally. It allowed us to develop our system fully based on end users input and feedback. We ended up with a very compact system designed for 200 mm and smaller crystals.

  • All vacuum, cooling, gas, and pneumatic components are accessible from the front side of the system
  • Stackable – side by side and back to back
  • Each system is controlled and operated by one and the same multi-system approach, allowing access to several systems at once

  • Tested by a third party and compliant with related Directives for CE-marking.
